Manages accounts receivable for approximately 2,500 member accounts, including posting charges, payments, credits, adjustments, deposits, refunds, and inter-club billing. Responds to member billing inquiries, prepares statements and past-due communications, maintains payment documentation, reconciles discrepancies, supports external audit requests, and performs related accounting and administrative duties.
