Lead execution for Value Channel customers (outside Dollar General), managing monthly close-outs, trade promotion execution, category management, forecasts, P&L, and customer relationships. Use syndicated and loyalty data to run analyses, sell new items, manage trade funding, and drive volume, profit, and share growth across key accounts.

Serve as a strategic talent advisor delivering end-to-end recruitment for corporate roles. Build sourcing pipelines, advise hiring leaders on selection strategy, use Workday and sourcing tools, leverage market intelligence and data to improve hiring outcomes, and partner with HR, compensation, and business stakeholders to meet diversity, quality, and speed objectives.

Drive commerce marketing performance through data analysis, dashboards, and scorecards. Monitor KPIs, identify trends and optimization opportunities, manage budgets with Finance and Marketing Ops, liaise with agencies, produce wrap reports and presentations, and support cross-functional execution to improve shopper experience and eCommerce growth.

Drive market growth by partnering with Independent Distributor Partners and retailers to execute sales plans, merchandising, promotions, and inventory/logistics. Build relationships, recruit and support IDPs, resolve retailer issues, use data and presentations to identify opportunities, and ensure planogram compliance and shelf execution. Regular store travel and hands-on field work required.

Lead development and productionization of advanced analytics and ML solutions. Source, cleanse, and engineer data; deploy and monitor models; design experiments; partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver measurable business impact; mentor junior data scientists and contribute to analytics standards, tooling, and documentation.

Design and implement scalable, secure enterprise data solutions on Databricks and Azure using Delta Lake and Medallion Architecture. Lead and mentor data engineering teams; define integration patterns, governance, security (Unity Catalog, RBAC, masking, row/column-level security), and CI/CD/IaC practices. Ensure data quality, lineage, monitoring, and optimize Spark/Delta workloads for performance and cost while aligning solutions with business needs.
