Leads the corporate accounting organization, global monthly close, consolidations, financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance for a complex multinational public company. Oversees divisional accounting teams, supports acquisitions, partners with auditors and cross-functional stakeholders, drives process improvements, and ensures compliance with US GAAP, local requirements, SEC reporting, and SOX. The role also develops accounting policies, manages accounting systems, and provides materials for executive management and the Audit Committee.

Supports the sales and account management teams by coordinating pricing requests, proposals, presentations, contracts, RFPs, client communications, and internal subject-matter-expert collaboration. Maintains client databases, contract records, and confidentiality agreements while managing multiple client projects and ensuring accurate, timely deliverables. Provides customer service and coordinates meetings across internal departments and global teams.

Sell Azenta’s sample repository, biorepository, laboratory processing, storage, cryo-storage, transportation, and sample management services to government, academic, healthcare, and research customers. Responsibilities include developing accounts, generating leads, responding to public-sector opportunities, preparing proposals and quotations, delivering capability presentations, maintaining Salesforce records, coordinating internal stakeholders, and reporting pipeline and forecasts. The role requires approximately 50%–60% overnight travel within the United States.

This role involves guiding financial planning and analysis, leading strategic plans, and enhancing analytics capabilities while mentoring the finance team.

Supports sales incentive compensation administration, payment processing, data validation, reporting, and issue resolution. Provides compensation guidance to HR partners and managers, including market pricing, salary ranges, promotions, internal equity, annual salary reviews, and bonus calculations. Maintains compensation data in Workday, prepares analyses and dashboards, supports compensation surveys, and improves scalable processes. Partners with Sales, Finance, HR, Payroll, and other stakeholders while leveraging Excel and emerging technologies.

Manages global compensation programs, bonus and sales incentive plans, annual salary reviews, equity administration, market analysis, compensation surveys, HRIS data integrity, FLSA classifications, executive compensation support, and M&A activities. Partners with HR, Finance, Legal, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and business leaders while supervising one Compensation Analyst. The role is hybrid, requiring onsite work four days per week.

Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and manage requirements, design solutions, and ensure software quality through test strategies, automation, and validation. Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts (API, UI, regression, end-to-end), perform database validation, track defects and quality metrics, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with security, privacy, regulatory, and quality standards.

Serve as the primary Workday Payroll SME to design, configure, test, and optimize payroll, time tracking, and absence. Support global payroll (US/UK), integrations, reporting, audits, data governance, automation, and stakeholder training to ensure compliance, data accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Develop, enhance, and support web and .NET applications across the full software lifecycle. Write clean, tested code, create technical documentation, collaborate with stakeholders, troubleshoot production issues, and use modern tools including AI-assisted development to improve productivity and quality.
