As an Engagement Specialist at buildOn, you'll engage Boston high school students in meaningful service learning projects. You'll recruit students for programs, collaborate with teachers, and partner with community organizations to facilitate educational opportunities and community impact, all while tracking progress using Salesforce.

As an Engagement Specialist, you will represent buildOn at a partner high school, recruiting students for service projects and facilitating in-class presentations. You will plan and manage afterschool service opportunities, host weekly program meetings, input engagement data into Salesforce, and collaborate with teachers to enhance service learning experiences.
