Develop, maintain, and grow a book of business through prospecting and cold calling. Serve as a customer-facing sales representative, confirm loads, document interactions in the TMS, coordinate daily with Carrier Sales and Open Board teams, proactively communicate with customers, and resolve service issues to maintain satisfaction and drive revenue.

The Account Coordinator will assist Account Representatives in operations, manage accounts, schedule shipments, provide customer service, and solve problems.
