The Lead Financial Analyst supports consolidated financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, financial modeling, audit schedules, and management reporting. The role develops and automates reporting through Excel, Power BI, and EPM platforms, ensures accurate reporting across business units, identifies process improvements, and provides financial insights to senior leadership and operational teams.

Manages compliance administration across facilities, fleet, warehouses, contractor licensing, and logistics operations. Maintains lease, vehicle, inspection, insurance, licensing, and regulatory documentation; tracks renewals and deadlines; supports audits, reporting, emergency preparedness, inventory coordination, and disaster-response mobilization. Requires strong organization, Excel and database skills, and familiarity with DOT, OSHA, and contractor licensing requirements.

Supports HR administration, including pre-employment screening, onboarding and offboarding, offer letters, employee records, payroll processing, HRIS updates, compliance documentation, employee engagement, benefits account setup, and general administrative coordination. The role also handles payroll inquiries, credit card administration, shipping, new-hire follow-ups, travel arrangements, and communications with accounting and HR stakeholders.

Provide comprehensive professional and personal support to the CEO, including calendar and travel management, meeting preparation, confidential communications, CRM and sales reporting, KPI tracking, follow-up accountability, and office operations. The role coordinates internal teams, external partners, executive events, and logistics while maintaining discretion, organization, and strong follow-through in a fully in-office environment.
