Leads BlueCat’s global Mid-Market sales organization across North America, EMEA, and APAC. Owns go-to-market strategy, bookings and ACV targets, pipeline generation, forecasting, partner-led sales, coverage models, quota capacity, and regional execution. Develops sales leaders and teams, establishes activity-based operating rhythms, drives new-logo acquisition and account expansion, and collaborates cross-functionally to support scalable growth. Reports to the Chief Revenue Officer and travels frequently worldwide.

Own technical strategy, architecture, roadmap, delivery, and operational excellence for data-intensive network monitoring platforms spanning SaaS and on-premise deployments. Build AI-driven observability capabilities, modernize legacy systems, establish engineering standards, and develop distributed teams. Partner with product, executive leadership, customers, sales, and support to achieve business goals and resolve strategic technical issues.

Develops and optimizes global, data-driven demand generation campaigns for Network Observability. Responsibilities include integrated campaign strategy, webinars, email nurtures, events, marketing automation and CRM execution, attribution reporting, regional planning, stakeholder alignment, SDR collaboration, experimentation, and pipeline performance reporting.

Provide technical support to strategic enterprise customers, troubleshooting networking and system issues, performing health checks, validating upgrades in lab environments, escalating to engineering, and delivering proactive recommendations. Manage enterprise customer relationships, perform packet capture analysis, set up test environments, and provide rotating after-hours support.

Hunt and close enterprise sales within U.S. Federal accounts: build executive and multi-threaded relationships, manage complex federal procurement cycles, position BlueCat's network intelligence platform, drive pipeline and revenue, and coordinate with sales engineering, channel, and cross-functional teams.

Territory-focused enterprise Account Executive responsible for driving new business and expanding customer relationships across the Northeast. Manage full sales cycle, partner with channel and sales engineering, maintain Salesforce pipeline and forecasts, represent the company at events, and meet aggressive revenue targets.
