The Events Coordinator will lead event marketing efforts, manage a team, secure and execute events, and generate leads. Responsibilities include planning events, recruiting staff, engaging customers, and driving performance results.

The Integrator will oversee operations, implement the EOS framework, manage teams, optimize processes for scaling growth, and ensure performance accountability.

Plan, organize, and manage local events and home shows to generate qualified leads and increase brand awareness. Recruit, train, schedule, and lead Event Demonstrators. Coordinate booth setup, vendor contracts, and event logistics. Track performance, follow up on leads, set appointments, and prepare reports to support sales growth.

Lead and grow event marketing efforts by booking and managing events, recruiting and mentoring a team, and driving lead generation.

Lead and sell alongside an in-home sales team: close deals, coach reps, manage appointments, recover cancellations, track performance metrics, and drive conversions to meet revenue targets.

Provide day-to-day administrative and office management support: answer phone and email inquiries, schedule appointments, maintain files and records, assist sales and production with data entry, invoicing, purchase orders, order supplies, coordinate vendors/customers, and help improve office procedures.

Meet with homeowners at company-provided appointments to present and sell bath remodeling products. Educate customers, design customized solutions, present pricing and financing, follow the company sales process, close sales, and deliver excellent customer service. Attend training and team meetings; company provides leads and paid training with base-plus-commission compensation and uncapped earnings.
