We are actively building a high-performing Event Marketing Department to represent our brand at trade shows, festivals, and home improvement events. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will directly contribute to results and team success.
Position OverviewWe are seeking a top-performing Events Coordinator to lead and grow our event marketing efforts across Western Washington. In this role, you will be responsible for booking events, managing a team, generating leads, and working events in-person.
This position requires a leader who will own the full event lifecycle—from securing opportunities to executing successful events and driving measurable results.
Key Responsibilities- Book and secure weekly events and shows across your assigned territory
- Plan, coordinate, and execute event schedules for you and your team
- Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a team of Event Demonstrators
- Ensure booths are properly set up, staffed, and broken down at every event
- Actively work events, engage customers, and generate qualified leads
- Drive lead generation that directly impacts sales and revenue
- Monitor inventory, productivity, labor, and budgets on a weekly basis
- Set and track performance goals for each event, week, and month
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with leadership and internal teams
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Background in customer-facing roles (B2C marketing, retail, sales, or events)
- Experience with recruiting and hiring preferred
- Highly outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Comfortable engaging with customers and representing the brand in person
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand and work for extended periods at events
- Basic computer skills for reporting and administrative tasks
- Must be available to work every weekend
- Event marketing, trade shows, home shows, or promotional marketing experience strongly preferred
- Base Pay: $800–$1,200 per week
- Commission Opportunities: Based on leads and performance
