Lead new business and account growth for precision-machined components by leveraging industry relationships, managing the full sales cycle (RFQ to close), collaborating with engineering/production, providing forecasts and market intelligence, and representing the company at trade shows and customer meetings.

The Staff Accountant will manage monthly close activities, prepare journal entries, conduct reconciliations, and support auditing and process improvements.
