Responsible for business development and client retention for skilled nursing facility accounts: generate new contracts, nurture client relationships, negotiate agreements, track/report performance, promote services, attend industry events, and manage a travel-heavy territory with frequent overnight travel.

Manage and retain accounts at skilled nursing and long-term care facilities through regular onsite visits, customer service, and insurance sales. Identify market opportunities, execute marketing/sales plans, coordinate promotional materials, attend trade shows, and maintain confidentiality. Role requires territory residency, frequent overnight travel, valid driver nd reliable transportation, and the ability to obtain or hold life/health insurance licensure.

Manage and retain existing long-term care accounts through regular on-site visits, sales of insurance services, and relationship-building. Identify marketing opportunities, support strategic sales plans, manage promotional materials, plan meetings/trade shows, and ensure high customer satisfaction. Heavy territory travel and overnight stays required; protect confidential information and meet operational targets.

Manage and retain accounts across a territory, provide excellent customer service, drive insurance sales, conduct regular facility visits, coordinate marketing materials and trade shows, resolve issues, and maintain confidentiality. Requires territory travel with substantial overnight stays and ability to obtain or hold life/health insurance license.

Lead general ledger analysis and reconciliations (AR, prepaid, payroll benefits), manage ASC 842 lease accounting, maintain fixed assets and depreciation, prepare financial reports, support external audits, and drive accounting process improvements and controls.
