Provides comprehensive administrative and staff support for an intelligence organization, including meeting and conference coordination, correspondence and task tracking, records management, travel and personnel administration, calendar maintenance, reporting, briefings, editorial services, and process improvement. The role supports leadership, manages office actions, coordinates staff activities, and requires TS/SCI clearance and full-time onsite work.

Provides administrative and program support for NGA foreign-language testing, including administering exams, maintaining PeopleSoft records, scheduling OPIs, processing personnel actions, and safeguarding testing data. Provides lifecycle acquisition management support for complex NGA and Intelligence Community programs, including requirements validation, acquisition planning, source selection, contract execution monitoring, procurement package development, compliance, stakeholder coordination, analysis, reporting, briefings, and recommendations.

Conduct quantitative analysis, process complex and geospatial data, develop visualizations, and create data-driven insights. Build Python-based data-cleaning and manipulation workflows while working with AI/ML technologies and multiple file formats. Desired work includes NLP document extraction, computer vision, automated collection and reporting, data standardization, and statistical techniques such as classification, regression, clustering, data reduction, and causal modeling.

Responsible for administering and supporting production SQL databases, including installing, configuring, and maintaining Microsoft SQL Server High Availability Groups. Develops T-SQL scripts, stored procedures, triggers, and views to automate maintenance. Leads and mentors database administration personnel, assigns tasks, reviews work, and manages priorities. Implements database security controls aligned with industry best practices and DISA STIGs.

Develop and transition advanced OPIR data-processing algorithms for infrared sensing and space-based missile warning systems. Responsibilities include evaluating processing pipelines, troubleshooting anomalies, supporting technical documentation and transition plans, and collaborating with government, intelligence, research, and industry partners. The role requires expertise in EO/IR signal processing, infrared phenomenology, OPIR data formats, Python development, and AI/ML applications.

Writes and modifies code, configurations, and scripts for cloud-hosted intelligence applications. Participates in Agile ceremonies and two-week sprints, supports bug remediation and routine software maintenance, and uses GitLab, JIRA, and Confluence for code, task, and backlog management. Requires active TS/SCI clearance and on-site support at Wright-Patterson AFB.

Leads and advises multidisciplinary systems engineering efforts across national and allied geospatial-intelligence systems. Responsibilities include requirements engineering, architecture, integration, testing, reliability, cloud capability assessment, trade studies, risk management, technical planning, and systems-of-systems acquisition. Translates mission needs into system requirements, coordinates engineering across agencies and organizational boundaries, and oversees junior and senior contractor systems engineers.

Supports intelligence-community human resources and recruiting operations, including managing hiring materials, applications, recruitment websites, SOPs, and human capital processes. Coordinates with hiring managers, career services, applicants, and senior leaders; supports recruiting strategies, meetings, working groups, and events; and prepares briefings, reports, white papers, and related documents. The role requires Intelligence Community experience, senior-leader support experience, SharePoint and Microsoft Office expertise, and a TS/SCI clearance.
