Lead end-to-end recruitment delivery for client accounts, act as talent advisor, manage requisitions and KPIs, coach and mentor offshore sourcing and coordination teams, provide market intelligence, develop sourcing plans, ensure compliance, and drive stakeholder engagement to fill vacancies efficiently.

Lead end-to-end recruitment for assigned client(s) as primary talent advisor: manage requisitions, direct sourcing, stakeholder relationships, coach offshore sourcing teams, ensure OFCCP compliance, meet SLAs/KPIs, provide market intelligence, and translate analytics into hiring actions.

Lead the data workstream for complex implementations: collect, validate, transform and upload large datasets into VMS, perform ETL and rate audits, ensure data quality and governance, build VMS reports, mentor junior analysts, and coordinate with clients and workstream owners to meet project timelines.
