The Solutions Architect designs technical components within MSP and RPO solutions, leading projects, ensuring business needs are met, and providing technical leadership and support to teams.

Lead enterprise change management for workforce transformation projects: create and execute change, communication, and training plans; produce documentation and trackers; liaise with workstreams; train/mentor junior staff; and apply process improvements and automation to drive adoption.

Design and lead end-to-end VMS integration solutions (Fieldglass, VNDLY, Beeline). Own architecture, HRT configuration, data modeling, integrations, testing, documentation, and technical leadership across onshore/offshore teams.
