Lead data workstream for complex implementations: collect, validate, transform and upload large datasets into VMS, perform ETL and rate audits, ensure data quality and governance, mentor junior analysts, and communicate status to clients and stakeholders.

Lead end-to-end recruitment and direct sourcing for client accounts, coach offshore sourcing and coordination teams, advise hiring managers on market intelligence and compliance, manage requisitions/KPIs, and drive sourcing strategies and candidate experience.

Execute sourcing strategies focused on passive candidates to fill roles cost-effectively and quickly. Partner with recruitment managers and client TA teams to source, pre-screen, and pipeline talent using job boards, social media, Boolean search, and targeted campaigns. Maintain candidate care, market intelligence, and talent pools aligned to client workforce plans.

Execute sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates, build talent pipelines, pre-screen and qualify candidates, maintain candidate interactions and market intelligence, and collaborate with recruitment managers to support timely, cost-effective hires.
