Manage onboarding and adoption for newly signed dealership customers, deliver trainings and presentations, analyze usage and health metrics, handle day-to-day communications and escalations, document activity in CRM, and drive expansion and upsell while traveling locally and out-of-market approximately one week per month.

Provide phone and email support to customers, resolve basic support requests, document cases in a ticketing system, assist Customer Service Managers and Implementation Associates, and work scheduled shifts including rotating Saturdays.
