Own the timely completion of Form I-9 and E-Verify processes, manage ATS document collection, assist and troubleshoot new-hire onboarding (ADP/ATS), participate in quarterly compliance audits, and act as backup to the Onboarding Specialist.

Entry-level HR Generalist providing full-cycle HR support for locations in the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico. Duties include talent acquisition, employee relations and investigations, HRIS recordkeeping, performance management, benefits and payroll administration, wage and labor compliance, workers' compensation and safety, reporting, and HR projects. Manage planogram-based replenishment to optimize inventory across distribution centers and stores. Forecast fixture and supply needs, analyze inventory and sales trends, maintain replenishment parameters, coordinate with buyers, space planning, field and DC teams, support launches/resets/promotions, monitor supplier performance, and drive process improvements to ensure on-shelf availability and store readiness.
