Conduct full-cycle recruiting by sourcing candidates, building talent pipelines, attending hiring events and career fairs, conducting phone interviews, recommending hires, creating job postings, onboarding employees, and promoting the company to prospective talent. Partner with hiring managers, manage intern and university relationships, deliver a strong candidate experience, and support the HR Manager.
