Leads Agtonomy’s multidisciplinary hardware organization across electrical, mechanical, and systems engineering. Defines hardware strategy, builds teams, oversees products from concept through production, and manages OEM partnerships, manufacturing ramps, regulatory compliance, and integration of autonomous systems. The role requires extensive hardware leadership, successful product commercialization, manufacturing scale-up, and experience with industrial, automotive, or consumer electronics OEMs.

Manage engineering programs for autonomous vehicle systems across the product lifecycle. Build and track cross-functional project plans, mitigate risks, coordinate OEMs and suppliers, support field testing, and improve execution tools and processes to deliver new features and products on schedule.

Field-facing quota-carrying sales role managing strategic agricultural accounts. Support demos, pilots, and deployments, capture customer feedback, coordinate with Field Engineering and Product, drive revenue through pilots and expansions, maintain CRM records, and represent Agtonomy at events.

Build and deploy real-time multimodal perception systems (camera, LiDAR, radar) for 3D/BEV scene understanding. Optimize models for low-latency embedded inference, design auto-labeling and data pipelines, evaluate metrics, and validate systems on real machines in rugged environments.

Lead the analytics data layer: design and operate a ClickHouse-backed warehouse, define and validate trusted metrics, build customer-facing React dashboards and internal Grafana/self-serve tooling, and ensure data quality, lineage, and documentation for telemetry-derived insights.
