Lead QA for a reinsurance data warehouse and BI environment: design master test plans, validate complex data transformations, implement automated data tests (Snowflake/ADF), reconcile Power BI reports to sources, lead QA analysts and UAT with business stakeholders, produce audit-ready test evidence, and ensure data access/masking and regulatory compliance.

Manage core corporate accounting functions including month, quarter and year-end close; journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, fixed assets, intercompany and banking. Support OpEx forecasting, variance analysis, regulatory and internal reporting, SOX/internal controls, audits, and ERP/process improvements while partnering across finance teams.

The Claim Director oversees claims processing, ensuring accurate documentation and reserves, coordinating audits, and managing relationships with brokers and clients. Requires strong risk management expertise and extensive reinsurance knowledge.
