Lead Arch Insurance North America’s Surety Underwriting Group by setting strategy, managing underwriting performance, driving profitable growth, developing talent, ensuring regulatory compliance, and representing the organization with customers, agents, brokers, and other stakeholders. Evaluate renewals, new business, actuarial trends, reinsurance, market opportunities, and product applications while optimizing resources across the business unit.

Design, build, and maintain data pipelines, analytics-ready datasets, reports and dashboards on cloud platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, Azure). Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements, perform analysis and modeling, troubleshoot data issues, apply development best practices, and share knowledge across teams.

Manages complex, high-severity commercial general liability, excess, and umbrella claims across U.S. jurisdictions. Provides in-office technical support for Windows desktops, mobile devices, telephone systems, applications, virtual desktops, and collaboration tools. The internship provides hands-on experience in the insurance industry and requires collaboration, independent work, and management of multiple priorities.

Legal Intern supporting the Corporate Legal Team with contract review, including IT transactions, NDAs, Statements of Work, AI, and data privacy and security matters. The role also assists with risk, compliance, governance discussions, legal and document review, administrative tasks, and departmental projects. Interns gain hands-on experience in the specialty insurance industry while developing legal research, writing, collaboration, and business skills.

Supports corporate tax technology and compliance workflows by maintaining and testing applications, validating and uploading data, reconciling tax information, reviewing federal and state tax workpapers, and documenting processes, controls, and audit materials. The internship provides hands-on experience in the insurance industry and tax operations while developing professional and technical skills through collaboration, learning activities, and ongoing feedback.

Support investment accounting through reconciliations, document review, investment disclosure preparation, finance system activities, compliance-related risk evaluations, and special projects. The intern will collaborate with investment management, third-party asset managers, and compliance teams while developing professional skills in the insurance industry.
