Provide corporate legal support for the General Counsel’s office, including drafting minutes, resolutions and certificates; maintaining entity records and EDGAR Next credentials; preparing board materials; assisting with SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K); supporting M&A, NDAs, vendor/KYC reviews, contract and records management; coordinating global signatures/notarizations; and collaborating cross-functionally on privacy, cybersecurity and AI governance.

Market-facing role with broker meetings (20% travel).

The role involves managing complex general liability and auto claims, assessing coverage issues, negotiating resolutions, and maintaining communication with stakeholders while ensuring timely and effective claims management.

Manage delivery of complex data pipelines in a hands-on role, leading a team of data engineers to develop scalable data solutions and improve analytics capabilities.
