Own and evolve the design system and Storybook component library, build prototyping tooling and scaffolding, consult on novel UX interactions, align design and engineering implementations, enforce design quality and accessibility, and track/employ emerging design-engineering tools to speed product prototyping.

Serve as the engineering team's tactical Product Owner: own and prioritize the backlog, run engineering ceremonies, remove blockers, translate solutions into user stories, triage customer escalations, and set realistic delivery expectations to maximize team throughput.

Provide Tier 2 technical support and advocacy for enterprise SaaS customers: troubleshoot integrations, REST APIs, workflows, authentication, certificates, and performance; query databases with SQL; write Jinja2 automation; collaborate with Engineering/SRE and CSMs; document resolutions and update customers during incident response.
