Provides fully onsite Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support at a manufacturing facility, troubleshooting hardware, Microsoft 365, mobile devices, printers, conference systems, networks, and Intune-managed devices. Responsibilities include ticket management, imaging, patching, asset documentation, onboarding and offboarding, executive and laboratory support, event assistance, reporting, vendor coordination, and user training.
