Responds to customer inquiries, prepares service quotes and cost estimates, submits bids, and generates invoices. The role evaluates labor, materials, processing steps, capacity, and turnaround requirements while maintaining pricing data and documentation. It also investigates quote and billing discrepancies, collaborates with operations, engineering, production, and accounting teams, and supports process improvements. Confidentiality of pricing and cost information is required, along with compliance with U.S. export control eligibility requirements.

Manage assigned aerospace customer accounts and programs by coordinating operations, shipping, quality, finance, planning, scheduling, and customer service. Track order status and completion dates, resolve holds and delays, coordinate truck routes and order splits, support expedited orders, and ensure required engineering documentation is available for processing. Maintain customer contacts and communications while escalating issues to leadership to achieve on-time delivery of conforming parts.

Leads training planning, scheduling, delivery, documentation, and continuous improvement. Maintains training software and materials, assesses employee performance and training effectiveness, identifies content gaps, collaborates with managers and cross-functional teams, supports new business integration, facilitates root cause training, and edits materials for publication and compliance.

Manages accounting and administrative functions, including general ledger integrity, reconciliations, internal controls, receivables collection, vendor purchasing, monthly reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, staff supervision, and support for corporate and local initiatives.

Supports site leadership and employees across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, payroll timekeeping, HRIS records, compliance, investigations, and engagement initiatives. Maintains personnel files, prepares reports, collaborates on safety programs, and travels to other sites as needed. Requires a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field and at least one year of HR experience.

Administers HR programs and policies across multiple sites, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, investigations, benefits, payroll timekeeping, HRIS records, compliance, personnel files, and employee engagement. Partners with site leadership, supervisors, and EH&S on workforce and safety initiatives. Provides HR reports and analysis, supports decision-making, and travels to other sites or regions as business needs require.

Manage full-cycle accounts receivable including invoicing, cash application, reconciliations, and collections. Process customer billing across two Lawrence locations using Oracle, resolve billing discrepancies, handle account inquiries and phone communications, maintain electronic and physical records, perform data entry, and provide general administrative support.

The NDT Assistant participates in a training program for non-destructive testing (NDT) while working under supervision. They are responsible for observing NDT methods but cannot conduct tests or make any decisions regarding test results independently.
