Design and develop I&C detailed design including P&IDs, panel wiring, cable designs, PLC and control software specifications, power single-line diagrams, control strategies, and test/qualification procedures while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and writing design documentation.

Lead development of Functional Requirement Documents and Project Requirement Specifications for electrical projects; support electrical elements of building, utility, and equipment projects; create conceptual visualizations and layouts; coordinate with integrated project teams and stakeholders to capture input, review, and finalize requirements.

Coordinate stakeholders, ensure compliance with project controls processes, and support Project Managers to keep projects on track and within budget.

Provide senior electrical or civil/structural design engineering support for TA-55 plutonium facilities, preparing complex analyses and design packages, supporting construction and project activities, leading projects, supervising staff, and using CAD and engineering analysis tools.

Design, modify, and layout facility piping systems; size pumps, valves, heaters, and pressure vessels; produce and redline mechanical/piping drawings; perform pressure-drop, flow, thermal, pipe-stress and basic structural checks; support procurement, factory acceptance tests, inspections, troubleshooting, and safety/hazard analyses.

Plan, design, and support construction through turnover for plant systems. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, vendors; develop engineering documentation; support quality, configuration management, field walkdowns, integrated testing; monitor project progress and budgets; ensure safety and compliance.

Support maintenance, testing, deployment preparation, and repair of atmospheric instrumentation (AMF2). Manage inventory, shipments, and procurements; follow site safety; collaborate with national lab and research staff; perform field and lab tasks including electronics and network troubleshooting.

Develop and maintain multiple applications in an agile, high-security environment using Java and Spring. Practice TDD, analyze complex data, resolve technical issues, work independently with limited supervision, and provide limited technical guidance.
