Support sourcing strategies by preparing RFQs, cost models, and benchmarking; track supplier responses, manage supplier scorecards and performance reviews; execute cost-reduction initiatives; coordinate logistics, incoterm optimization, and contract lifecycle; support packaging, MRO, and raw material cost tracking; facilitate supplier/internal communication and continuous improvement.

Manage daily, weekly, and monthly product costing, labor and overhead calculations, manufacturing variance analysis, inventory reconciliations, and PPV reporting. Support gross margin and pricing decisions, build ad hoc profitability models, maintain inventory reserves and variance capitalization, drive cross-functional cost improvements, and lead a small team.

Manage accounts receivable: verify invoices, audit support documentation, process AR RMAs and non-inventory credits, generate aging reports, assist collections and month-end close, collaborate with Shipping and Sales, handle mail and other finance tasks as assigned.

Provide HR support across talent acquisition, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, HR compliance, investigations, and HR policy implementation. Partner with managers and global HR team to improve engagement, retention, and drive HR metrics and special projects. Support all U.S. locations and travel up to 25%.

Support FP&A reporting, forecasting, and cash flow inputs. Prepare revenue, margin, and working capital analyses; maintain dashboards and recurring reports. Collaborate with operations, sales, and supply chain, perform ad-hoc analysis, and assist with annual budgeting while building scalable financial models.

Produce and edit video content, capture and retouch product and event photography, design graphics and social assets, and support content strategy. Collaborate with marketing to develop concepts and ensure creative output aligns with the automotive audience.
