Manages daily HR operations at a reentry and treatment facility, including onboarding, benefits, payroll coordination, employee records, compliance, performance management, leave administration, employee relations, investigations, workplace injury reporting, and staff development. Supervises an HR Assistant and advises employees and management on policies, employment laws, and personnel matters.
