Oversee wave planning and outbound order distribution, coordinate picking/QC/shipping/inventory, monitor workflow and labor allocation, troubleshoot systems, input order data into Synapse, generate shift reports, and support cross-functional outbound tasks to meet sail dates and shipping schedules.

Oversee wave planning and outbound order distribution to meet sail dates and shipping schedules. Assign and monitor picker work, verify QC, track pending orders, adjust labor allocation, and coordinate with Shipping, Inventory, and IT. Input order data into Synapse, generate shift reports, troubleshoot system issues, and prepare next-shift workflow. Support cross-functional outbound tasks and ensure timely damage reporting and operational efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Supervise and lead co-pack/VAS warehouse operations across shifts, manage timekeeping and temp rosters, perform inventory checks, enforce safety and cleanliness, and support basic inventory control and computer-based tasks.
