The Claims Analyst administers, investigates, and resolves freight, warehouse, inventory, and transportation claims. Responsibilities include reviewing documentation, determining liability, assessing financial exposure, pursuing carrier recoveries, negotiating settlements, communicating with customers, maintaining claim records, preparing reports, tracking KPIs, coordinating payments and recoveries, and supporting compliance and process improvements. The role collaborates with customers, carriers, warehouses, operations, accounting, finance, insurance representatives, and legal counsel.

Leads daily HR operations, including hourly recruiting coordination, onboarding, employee records, payroll and benefits administration, temporary staffing management, attendance tracking, employee issue resolution, OSHA logs, workers’ compensation, FMLA, and HR reporting. Supervise and lead warehouse associates across shifts, manage timekeeping and temporary rosters, perform inventory checks, maintain warehouse cleanliness, and support co-pack/VAS operations with basic inventory control and computer-based tasks.

Enter and schedule customer inbound orders, manage delivery scheduling and billing, communicate with customers and dispatchers, train and supervise inbound clerical tasks, maintain records and reports, and provide administrative support to outbound operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
