Oversee wave planning and outbound order distribution, coordinate picking, QC, shipping and inventory teams, track pending orders, input order data into WMS (Synapse), generate shift reports, and adjust labor to meet sail dates. Troubleshoot system issues, report damages, and prepare next-shift workflows while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Lead full-cycle recruiting: source, screen, interview, test, and refer candidates for clerical, technical, warehouse, and administrative roles. Develop recruitment strategies, place ads, coordinate offers, background checks, drug testing, and maintain hiring manager relationships. Produce weekly activity reports and ensure compliance with employment laws.

Perform shipping-clerk duties in a warehouse: check in drivers, prepare and verify shipping paperwork, coordinate dock and drivers, close loads in system, enter orders, scan/index documents, communicate with customer service and operations, update reports, and support overall shipping operations.

Manage end-to-end integration projects by aligning teams, tracking timelines, engaging external technology partners, handling scope changes, identifying and mitigating risks, and improving project processes using Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Serve as primary client/vendor contact and translate technical issues for non-technical stakeholders.

Schedule and enter inbound customer orders, manage billing and documentation, maintain customer communications, train inbound associates, update operational reports, assist dispatch, and provide administrative support for outbound operations to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.

Advocate for retail customers by resolving service issues, monitoring orders, preparing customer reports/QBRs, coordinating with operations and sales, and training peers to improve customer support.
