Represent Beck's to dealers and customers across a defined territory. Recruit, develop, and manage dealers to grow market share, resolve agronomic challenges, coordinate logistics and licensing, promote company programs at events, and report to area leadership. Deliver sales targets, provide feedback, and support dealer operations while upholding brand standards.

Provide front-counter sales and customer support for dealers and field sales: process orders, invoicing, shipping, agronomic and product support, coach sales staff, handle complaints, compile reports, and support marketing and events.

Provide clerical and administrative support for inside sales: answer calls, enter and adjust orders, manage shipping/loading tickets, maintain files and reports, assist with meetings and inter-office customer inquiries, and support regional warehouse staff as needed.

Sell seed products and represent Beck's to farmers and dealers in a defined Missouri territory. Recruit, develop, and manage dealer relationships, grow market share, support customers with agronomic guidance, coordinate logistics and dealership operations, promote company programs at events, and report to area leadership. Maintain safety and compliance, participate in training, and perform duties as assigned.

Serve as the primary link between customers and Beck's products in the North Central, IL territory. Recruit, develop and manage dealers, grow market share, promote programs at events, provide agronomic guidance, coordinate dealer operations with internal teams, set expectations, and ensure dealer network productivity while meeting safety and physical requirements.

Serve as the customer-facing link between Beck's and dealers/customers in Southeast Iowa. Recruit and develop dealers, grow sales and market share, manage dealer relationships, coordinate dealership operations, deliver agronomic guidance, and represent Beck's at events while meeting performance and safety requirements.

Provide phone and ticketed technical support for employees and dealers, set up and troubleshoot hardware (laptops, desktops, iPhones, iPads, printers), maintain regional site technology, resolve or escalate issues, and perform other duties as assigned.
