The Creative Support Specialist will provide technical and creative assistance to enterprise clients, handle customer inquiries, and contribute to product documentation and process improvements, leveraging generative AI tools.

Lead the developer platform strategy and roadmap for a generative video platform, driving API usage and revenue, while collaborating across teams.

Design and curate multimodal, multitask datasets and run controlled training experiments to evaluate how data composition affects world-model performance. Build large-scale synthetic data pipelines, filtering and quality-control systems. Define benchmarks and evaluations, and partner with product and creative teams to translate target behaviors into data strategies that enable simulation-driven AI capabilities.

Provide day-to-day IT support for a globally distributed AI company: triage help-desk tickets, provision and ship laptops, manage Google Workspace, enforce endpoint security and device compliance, run onboarding/offboarding, maintain SaaS seat/license management, support office networking/AV, write runbooks, and contribute to security, infrastructure, and automation projects as the first EMEA IT hire.

Own revenue accounting and Order-to-Cash: prepare journal entries, AR and deferred revenue reconciliations, invoicing, collections, revenue recognition workbooks, process improvements, controls, and audit support while partnering with Sales, FP&A, and Legal.
