Supports FP&A and financial reporting through variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, KPI tracking, dashboards, and management reporting. Partners with Accounting and cross-functional teams to validate data, analyze business drivers, monitor headcount and SG&A expenses, maintain planning and ERP data accuracy, and improve reporting processes. Performs ad hoc analysis and develops presentations to support management decisions.

Serve as the first point of contact for clients and callers by answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling requests. Provide administrative support through calendar and meeting management, note-taking, meeting minutes, office supply coordination, event and catering arrangements, vendor coordination, and occasional errands. Maintain clean, organized, professional common areas while supporting administrative and executive staff with confidentiality, organization, and adaptability.

Monitor live surveillance feeds, identify suspicious activity and respond to alerts per protocol. Supervise and assist training of ~35 monitoring specialists, review archived footage, prepare incident reports, liaise with stakeholders and local authorities, and provide customer service.
