Lead and execute capital and continuous-improvement projects for a manufacturing plant lifecycle: design, cost estimating, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, contractor/vendor management, and ongoing plant engineering support with emphasis on safety, cost control, and production optimization.

Lead and execute capital projects from design through commissioning to meet scope, schedule, and budget. Define project scopes and estimates, manage contractors and maintenance, provide technical and troubleshooting support to production, drive continuous improvement, and enforce safety and compliance across plant engineering initiatives.

Support pricing maintenance, discounting and rebate programs, and sales credits administration. Coordinate with field sales on price changes, set up and monitor rebate approvals, track program sales and accruals, prepare profitability analyses, handle credit requests and unauthorized deductions, and provide ad hoc reporting and recommendations.
