Leads capital and plant engineering projects from design through commissioning and startup. Responsibilities include developing scopes, cost estimates, and capital justifications; coordinating contractors, maintenance, and production teams; troubleshooting equipment and process issues; recommending improvements; enforcing engineering, safety, and cost-control standards; and supporting continuous production operations.

Leads reliability and maintenance improvement programs for industrial manufacturing equipment. Responsibilities include managing FRACAS, preventive and predictive maintenance, lubrication programs, asset criticality assessments, downtime reporting, KPIs, root cause analysis, maintenance workflows, workforce development, and small capital projects. The role improves uptime, equipment maintainability, operator effectiveness, asset life, and operational costs while collaborating with Maintenance and Operations teams.

Lead end-to-end SAP landscape management (S/4HANA, BTP, and SAP SaaS). Design, build, deploy, maintain, and upgrade systems; manage integrations, transports, CALM/cTMS, backups, DR, performance tuning, security/GRC, and cloud infrastructure. Coordinate with stakeholders, support development teams, drive migrations including RISE Greenfield, and manage risks and vendor relationships.

Serve as the plant's technical authority for large-scale capital projects, ensuring project execution standards, financial governance, and scope control. Provide design oversight, lead high-level decision making, manage contractors, develop business cases, drive continuous improvement, mentor engineers, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex manufacturing and site expansion projects.

Serve as a multisite HR business partner managing employee relations, HRIS, talent acquisition, onboarding, L&D, compensation, investigations, and HR projects. Act as change agent, coach managers, drive engagement, and modernize HR processes.
