The Staff Surveyor oversees boundary resolution and data quality in land surveying projects, ensuring legal compliance and accuracy, while coordinating field efforts and mentoring junior staff.

Provide day-to-day HR support across recruitment, onboarding, HRIS/ATS administration, employee relations, performance and talent management, compliance with federal/state employment law, and HR program execution.

Lead and manage Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) projects from initiation through delivery, coordinating teams, clients, budgets, QA, documentation, invoicing, risk mitigation, safety compliance, and integration of SUE data with survey/GIS systems.
