Sells electronic security solutions to commercial customers through prospecting, needs assessments, onsite surveys, solution design, proposals, pricing, and contract closing. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, scheduling service calls, distributing technician work orders, processing timesheets and invoices, coordinating fire inspections, reconciling equipment and materials, and maintaining accurate records. The role requires organization, attention to detail, communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a valid driver license.

Lead complex software and IT projects from concept through delivery. Define scope, technical requirements, timelines, and deliverables; coordinate engineering and business stakeholders; apply Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies; manage technical and operational risks; participate in architecture reviews; track progress, remove blockers, and maintain accountability across teams.

Year-long training program to develop future training specialists. Participants will shadow departments, assist with training facilitation, coordinate projects, complete milestones, and deliver a final readiness presentation while building instructional, leadership, and operational skills.

Support the full recruiting lifecycle by coordinating recruitment activities, administering candidate assessments, recording candidate notes, representing the company at events, identifying candidate experience improvements, and assisting with process documentation and administrative tasks.
