Own the full sales cycle for new commercial customers, from inbound and outbound pipeline generation through deal closure and post-sale handoff. Build relationships with IT and security stakeholders, deliver product presentations and demos, manage opportunities and forecasting in Salesforce, meet revenue targets, and represent Portnox at industry events. The role requires strong enterprise or mid-market SaaS sales experience, technical knowledge of networking and cybersecurity, and excellent communication skills.

Lead customer deployments of cloud-native network access control solutions from post-sales handoff through production rollout and support transition. Responsibilities include discovery, implementation planning, technical leadership, troubleshooting with logs and packet captures, pilot and phased deployments, escalation management, administrator training, documentation, and handoff. The role requires networking expertise across TCP/IP, identity, endpoint management, certificates, wireless, 802.1X, RADIUS, and access policies, plus strong customer communication, organization, and independent product learning.

Provides administrative and operational support across HR, channel partnerships, renewals, customer experience, and general business activities. Responsibilities include maintaining records, coordinating onboarding and training, tracking agreements and renewals, supporting customer communications, updating systems, preparing spreadsheets and reports, and assisting with special projects. The role is mostly remote with in-office work on Mondays.

Owns Portnox’s paid digital demand generation, including search, social, review-site, video, newsletter, landing page, and form campaigns. Builds lead scoring, qualification, routing, lifecycle nurture, and opportunity acceleration programs. Manages budgets, analyzes full-funnel performance, reports on ROI, and continuously tests channels, campaigns, forms, scoring models, and nurture strategies in partnership with Sales and SDR teams.

Generate and qualify outbound and inbound leads via calls, email, and research; create personalized messaging; schedule demos; nurture prospects with marketing; track activity in CRM; and develop pipeline to hand qualified opportunities to Account Executives.
