Design and build scalable shared platform systems and libraries used across product teams, define APIs and standards, influence cross-team architecture, perform code reviews, and maintain documentation to improve developer experience and platform reliability.

Lead development of Vanta's business analytics function: build scalable product data assets, define measurement frameworks, use AI-assisted analytics, partner with cross-functional teams, and deliver executive-level recommendations to drive product and business decisions.

Build LATAM outbound motion as Vanta's first regional SDR: identify target accounts, run multichannel prospecting (calls, sequences), book meetings, log activity, and iterate on playbooks to drive pipeline and revenue.
