The Lead Technical Recruiter will manage full-cycle engineering hiring, influence recruitment strategies, and represent Vanta's talent brand to attract top technical talent.

Design high-quality brand assets across digital, print, web, and campaigns. Maintain and evolve brand identity systems, create scalable templates, translate briefs into visual solutions, prepare production-ready files, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while applying strong typographic and compositional thinking.

Lead post-sales lifecycle for enterprise customers, guiding onboarding, implementation, product adoption, renewals, and expansion. Act as trusted advisor on security best practices and compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, USDP), manage a book of enterprise accounts, collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues, and engage executive stakeholders to drive retention and growth.

Lead complex software projects, mentor engineers, and set technical direction at Vanta while contributing to security and compliance solutions.
