Own and improve Vanta’s engineering, product, and design data systems by onboarding signal sources, standardizing data at ingestion, mitigating failure modes, and ensuring information is trustworthy and queryable. As an Engineering Manager, you'll lead the Reporting team, driving technical and product strategy, managing engineers, and collaborating across functions to enhance Vanta's reporting capabilities and product innovations.

Own strategy, design, and optimization of Vanta's customer-facing chatbot and internal AI Copilot. Build and maintain AI-driven knowledge, design conversation flows in Intercom, analyze performance data, and collaborate cross-functionally to increase resolution rates and CSAT. Handle a small volume of support tickets to inform improvements and maintain product expertise.

Develops and leads revenue enablement programs for Account Management, focusing on expansion selling, pipeline generation, account growth, and net revenue retention. Partners with AM and AE leadership to identify capability gaps, build playbooks and training, improve sales-process adoption, and align cross-functional teams. Uses data, field insights, KPIs, CRM reporting, and enablement technologies to measure program impact and continuously improve performance.

Own the full sales cycle for early-stage prospects: execute outbound strategies, convert inbound demand, close deals (target ~30 days), manage pipeline, create demos/materials, and feed prospect insights to product.
