Lead customer working sessions, configure workflows and permissions, write scripts or code, manage integrations and data corrections, and educate users. Partner with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Support to scope issues, develop fixes, document solutions, identify scalable improvements, and translate healthcare compliance requirements into effective platform solutions while managing multiple customer engagements.
