Provide first-line technical support for AutoRABIT customers, troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and deployment issues, collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams, maintain SLA-driven communication, reproduce and investigate problems across systems, and support US-hours rotational and weekend coverage.

Leads organization-wide architecture and delivery of scalable, secure backend systems across multiple teams. Defines microservices, cloud-native platforms, data architectures, CI/CD, DevSecOps, observability, and engineering standards. Drives complex initiatives, architectural governance, technical strategy, and cross-functional alignment while contributing hands-on to critical components and proofs of concept. Mentors engineers, resolves high-impact technical problems, improves reliability and performance, and advances AI-assisted development and LLM-enabled engineering practices.

Partner with customers and internal teams to drive adoption of AutoRABIT, support Salesforce development and DevOps workflows, protect renewals, monitor health and satisfaction, assist with escalations and product feedback, and contribute to long-term customer value and retention.

Own a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers, driving adoption, value realization, renewal readiness, growth, and recovery plans. Serve as a technical and strategic advisor on Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, source control, testing, release management, security, and governance. Lead discovery, success planning, technical milestones, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and executive engagement while translating technical improvements into measurable business outcomes.

Serve as the technical customer advocate to drive adoption, value realization, and renewals for AutoRABIT. Build success plans, troubleshoot escalations with Support and Engineering, promote license utilization, monitor health/adoption metrics, guide upgrades/releases, and collaborate across Sales, Professional Services, and Partners to grow net retention and customer advocacy.

The Senior Solutions Engineer drives customer acquisition and success through presales activities, technical demonstrations, and collaboration with sales teams to ensure seamless deployment and go-live.
