Lead and manage Workday technical delivery for integrations, security, and HCM configuration. Oversee developers, design scalable integrations (Studio, EIB, Connectors, APIs), own security governance and audits, partner with HR on functional configuration, run technical workshops, translate requirements into designs, mentor staff, and drive release and vendor management in regulated environments.

Serve as the operational control point for production: monitor nightly batch cycles and system health, detect and triage anomalies via Splunk and ServiceNow, initiate incident management, coordinate support teams and vendors, maintain operational documentation and change processes, support automation and disaster recovery, and ensure timely stakeholder communication to minimize business impact. Shift: 4pm–12am, Monday–Friday.

Lead transformation of Investor Services pricing and costing by applying emerging technologies, harmonizing datasets, and building complex financial models. Collaborate with Sales/RM and stakeholders to support pricing decisions, client profitability analysis, fee schedules, deal tracking, and DIER II data integrity. Manage project scope, drive best practices, perform benchmarking/backtesting, and support ad hoc analytics to optimize pricing outcomes and reporting.

Design and deliver end-to-end Workday integration solutions across HCM modules. Lead integration architecture using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors and APIs; manage lifecycle from requirements through deployment and support; enforce governance, security, and compliance; run stakeholder workshops, translate BRDs to technical designs, mentor junior staff, and oversee vendor integrations and release/regression testing.
