Lead and develop Community Managers overseeing garden-style and condominium associations across Greater Houston. Provide strategic guidance to Boards, ensure operational and financial oversight, enforce compliance, support client retention, and handle escalations. Manage performance, training, onboarding, and local travel to attend board meetings and community events.

Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, payroll and benefits support, HR compliance, and HR recordkeeping. Serve as a people-focused HR resource for employees and managers to support performance management, engagement, and day-to-day HR operations.

Lead and manage the Accounting and Client Services Department, overseeing full-cycle accounting, monthly financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, audits, billing, collections, banking, and operational process improvements while coaching staff and ensuring service excellence for client associations.
