The role requires strong communication, organization, persistence, accountability, and openness to feedback. It is fully remote for candidates based in Canada.

Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM and G&A roles from intake to offer; source active and passive candidates; run recruiting operations and reporting; manage Ashby ATS, compensation benchmarking, offers, and hiring metrics; leverage AI-enabled tools to scale sourcing and improve time-to-fill and candidate experience.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for Kojo's Field app across mobile and web. Own research, discovery, prototyping, experimentation, and shipping. Simplify field workflows, diagnose adoption barriers, design multi-persona experiences, and apply AI to remove friction for construction crews.
