Lead Nightfall’s distributed engineering organization across the Bay Area and Bangalore. Own architecture, delivery, engineering processes, technical strategy, team development, and collaboration with Product and executive leadership. Remain hands-on with architecture and complex technical challenges while building a high-performing engineering culture. Champion secure development, data protection, incident response, root cause analysis, and scalable software delivery in a fast-moving B2B SaaS environment.

Generate qualified sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification. Communicate Nightfall’s AI-native data loss prevention value to security, compliance, and engineering stakeholders. Partner with Account Executives to schedule meetings and provide clean lead handoffs, maintain accurate CRM activity, and improve outreach using performance data and feedback.

Build Nightfall AI’s revenue operations and GTM engineering function from scratch. Own CRM architecture, forecasting, quota and territory planning, reporting, GTM data quality, automation workflows, process design, and cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance. The role requires hands-on development of AI-enabled GTM automations, strong revenue analytics, and strategic partnership with executive leadership in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.

The Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Nightfall AI will oversee customer journeys, manage renewals and expansions, provide strategic guidance, and ensure customer satisfaction while leveraging AI technology.

Lead and build Nightfall's marketing function: strategy, demand generation, field and product marketing, brand, PR/analyst relations, website conversion, AI-native workflows, budget ownership, and team development to drive revenue and category leadership.

Lead Nightfall's finance function: FP&A, accounting, reporting, compliance, fundraising, investor/board relations, budgeting, runway and cash management, financial controls, and scaling the finance team while partnering with cross-functional leaders to track SaaS metrics and support strategic decisions.

Lead the technical sales process for enterprise prospects: consult on requirements, demo the Nightfall platform, run proof-of-value assessments, support trade show presentations, and relay product feedback to product and engineering teams to drive adoption and growth.
