Processes and reconciles employer, retiree, and COBRA contribution reports and payments. Performs delinquency and payroll audits, researches discrepancies, corrects computer-generated reports, and meets month-end deadlines. Provides customer service to employers and participants regarding eligibility and enrollment, resolves complex issues, and documents inquiries. Requires strong math, data-entry, Excel and Word skills, attention to detail, organization, communication, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
