Design and implement performance testing strategy and frameworks. Script, execute, monitor and analyze load tests using LoadRunner and related HP suite tools. Define test environments, deployment diagrams, viability and workflow tests, and coordinate team skills. Use APM and profiling tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics) to diagnose Java and .NET application performance and record results in Rally.

Serve as a Privacy SME/Analyst drafting and analyzing compliance documentation (PIA, PTA, SDA), implementing privacy program activities, advising on government privacy processes, leading teams (SME), redesigning processes, measuring performance, managing risk, and supporting privacy and security operations.

Lead and coordinate proposal development for government and commercial bids: manage schedules, organize subject-matter experts, ensure compliance with RFP requirements, produce proposal deliverables, and support capture and review processes.

Implement and maintain CI/CD and configuration management using Jenkins, Puppet, Chef, and Ansible. Deploy and operate distributed applications (Akka, Cassandra, Elasticsearch, Spark, Hadoop) in public cloud (AWS or Azure). Develop automation and scripting in Python and manage Linux-based environments to support production reliability and deployments.

Maintain and administer SQL Server or Oracle databases including indexing, views, backups, log review, replication, and database creation/changes. Monitor alerts, resolve incidents within SLAs, perform production changes, communicate status to customers, and work with engineering to address recurring issues.

Develop, maintain, and support Java web applications for the NASA SEWP program. Design system components, build customer-facing and internal web apps, document designs, follow design patterns, provide after-hours maintenance, and deliver Level II customer support.

QA/Tester will log into and verify routers and switches, perform functional testing using automation tools, and work with Java, SOAP UI, XML, and workflow systems in a telecom environment. This is a one-year contract in Tampa, FL.

Provide operational support and life‑cycle management for hardware and software infrastructure. Maintain secure, compliant operation of identity systems, SSO, PAM, 2FA, and cloud identities. Assist technology planning, disaster recovery, and provide technical training to staff. Work independently and in teams to support core business applications.
